How it works:
Frank Gorin looks at your property and the work to be done at your convenience and gives you a written, detailed and firm bid for painting services.
If the bid is acceptable to you, the prep work and painting will be scheduled. As necessary, Frank can assist you in
selecting colors and types of paint to be used.
On the scheduled day, preparation, as necessary, including sanding, patching, removal of hardware, power washing (exterior only) will be done.
If interior painting is being done, the crew will move furniture as necessary, cover all areas to be kept clean, such as carpet,
furniture, etc. and painting will begin. If exterior painting is being done, drop cloths and plastic sheeting will be used to cover plants,
shrubs, etc. prior to commencement of painting.
Prep work and painting will be completed — usually in one day.
Clean up: Interior: furniture will be moved back in place; floor surfaces will be vacuumed; all Trash (masking tape, paper
barriers, etc.) will be removed and disposed of.
When you are completely satisfied, payment in full will be due upon completion of job. If touch-up is necessary, 10% of the total
price may be held until all touch-up is finished.
